Our long-term staff is well trained in client communications, animal care and hospital maintenance. We feel our hospital and boarding facility must be maintained at a high level of sanitation and hygiene. If a facility is properly and safely maintained, there should not be significant animal odors apparent for more than short periods of time. It is our position that the safest place for your pet to be treated and/or boarded is in a temperature-controlled facility in which all pets have been fully protected with up to date vaccinations for the benefit of one another and their owners. All animals are kept clean and NO SHORTCUTS IN ANIMAL AND FACILITY CARE ARE ALLOWED.
Along with our regular various sized cages, we have several extremely large ones for the giant breed dogs or community boarding of all the pets from one family. We also have a 1/2-acre field behind the hospital for regular exercise for your pet. In keeping with the hospital philosophy of maintenance, this field is routinely mowed and sprayed for external parasites.

You are welcome to bring toys and special objects so that your pet will feel at home. If your pet requires a special diet or medications administered, we request that you supply these with complete instructions in writing. Boarding arrangements can be made during regular office hours. Sorry, but there are no admissions or releases of pets on Sunday.
